Most video tools ask you to hand your most sensitive conversations to a vendor and hope for the best. We started Ollasync because some teams simply can’t — and shouldn’t have to.
Healthcare teams, law firms, banks and public bodies all share a problem: the tools everyone uses for meetings put their most confidential conversations on infrastructure they don’t control, in jurisdictions they didn’t choose, operated by companies they can’t audit.
Ollasync is our answer. It’s an encrypted platform for meetings, webinars, recordings, messaging and confidential deal rooms — designed from the start to be server-blind where it matters and self-hostable everywhere else. Either we can’t read your content, or it never reaches us at all.
We’re just as committed to being honest about the limits. Our security page and whitepaper describe precisely what each part of the product protects, what’s encrypted end-to-end and what’s encrypted in transit, and which certifications we don’t yet hold. We’d rather tell you than let a badge imply something untrue.

Server-blind where it counts
The server should be structurally unable to read what it doesn’t need to. Messaging is end-to-end encrypted and we hold no keys.
Your data, your walls
The most sensitive conversations shouldn’t live on infrastructure you can’t inspect. Everything is self-hostable — up to fully air-gapped.
Radical honesty
We publish exactly what is protected, what isn’t yet, and what we don’t hold. A serious buyer rewards a vendor who draws the line clearly.
Open standards
We build on published, audited cryptography — IETF MLS (RFC 9420) — not a proprietary black box you have to take on faith.
