How is self-hosting priced?
On-premise and single-tenant deployments are priced per deployment with a support agreement — not per seat. Tell us your scale and requirements and we’ll size it with you.
Can we move to self-host later?
Yes. You can start EU-hosted and move to single-tenant or fully self-hosted at any tier — the product experience is identical across deployment models.
Where is our data hosted?
In the EU (Frankfurt) by default. Enterprise and self-host let you choose the jurisdiction entirely, including on-premise and air-gapped.
