Yes. Deal rooms are confidential document rooms with role-based folders, NDA gating, in-browser view-only mode with watermarks, and audited access — with live encrypted video in the same room.
Does it support our record-keeping obligations?
Ollasync logs security-relevant actions (logins, invites, NDA acceptance, document access). Recordings and retention are under your control, especially when self-hosted. We provide controls; your compliance team owns the programme.
